All Sales Final – Perishable Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our beef jerky and other food products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped, except as expressly stated below.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Reasons (Examples)
• Taste preference / flavor preference
• Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
• Orders placed in error by the customer (including wrong flavor/quantity)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Subscription shipments once processed or shipped
• Orders marked delivered by the carrier
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders (3-Day Claim Window)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within THREE (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after the 3-day window are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
To initiate a claim, email info@emptybrassranch.com and include all of the following:
• Order number
• Written summary of the issue
• Clear photos showing: (1) the outer shipping package, (2) the product(s), and (3) any damage/defect/incorrect item
If approved, we may (at our sole discretion) provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. We may require additional information to evaluate a claim.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at info@emptybrassranch.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using delivery confirmation, customer communications, and our published policies.
Empty Brass Ranch — Subscription Policy

Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on the frequency you choose at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged each cycle unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Express Consent to Auto-Renew
By completing checkout for a subscription purchase, you expressly consent to automatic renewal and recurring charges until canceled.
Cancellation / Changes
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date through your customer account (if available) or by contacting info@emptybrassranch.com. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has processed apply to future billing cycles only.
Perishable Product Policy
Because our products are perishable food items, subscription shipments are non-refundable once processed or shipped, except for eligible damaged/defective/incorrect shipments reported within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation (see Refund & Return Policy).
Empty Brass Ranch — Mediation & Arbitration

Mediation Before Arbitration
Before starting arbitration, you and Empty Brass Ranch agree to try to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation. Mediation will occur in Williamson County, Texas unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Arbitration
If mediation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after a written request for mediation, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in Williamson County, Texas, under the applicable AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are waived.
