Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and service efficiency.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time estimates begin once the order has shipped.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery times.

Empty Brass Ranch is not responsible for carrier-related delays after the package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Empty Brass Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim for missing shipments.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

To submit a claim, email Info@emptybrassranch.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the packaging and product (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the three-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Product Storage Notice
Our products are shelf-stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place upon delivery.

Empty Brass Ranch is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and any additional fees required by their country.
Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.
